Welcome to the 41st Annual Tampa Bay Parade of Homes™, the ultimate opportunity for you to view 69 fabulously furnished and decorated model homes. These homes showcase the latest technology and trends in the building industry. This year’s Parade promises not to disappoint with a wide variety of builders, models and communities that span the entire Tampa Bay region. The Tampa Bay Parade of Homes™ runs from April 2nd – April 17th. The model homes will be open Monday through Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Sunday from noon until 6:00 p.m. You will find this guidebook most helpful as you search for your new home, or for a host of new ideas to improve your existing home. An area map is conveniently located in the center of the book to assist you in locating the builder, models or locations you are looking for. You will find there is something for everyone as you join us in the largest Parade of Homes™ in the bay area.

This year we are pleased to partner with the St. Petersburg Times and feature the return of the Parade of Homes™ Guidebook. The Times helped to produce the traditional Guidebook to make the Parade even more enjoyable for the homebuyers and the community. We encourage our readers to save the guidebook and pass it on to friends and family all year long. This year’s Parade is the largest that we have offered in several years.
