Welcome to the 38th annual Tampa Bay Parade of Homes™, the ultimate opportunity for you to view over 130 fabulously furnished and decorated model homes. These homes showcase the latest trends and technology in the building industry. This year's Parade promises not to disappoint, with a wide range of builders' models and communities that span the Tampa Bay region. The Tampa Bay region is one of the most desirable places in the country to live. Over the years, the building industry has faced many challenges. The Parade of Homes™ has allowed builders to turn those challenges into opportunities and to showcase new building techniques, additional safety measures and new construction features designed to protect your new home and your family.
The Tampa Bay Parade of Homes™ runs from March 1 through March 16, 2008. The model homes will be open Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday from noon until 6 p.m. You will find there is something for everyone as you join us in the largest Parade of Homes™ in the Bay area.

Andrea Johnson, International Granite & Stone
As an active member of TBBA for more than 10 years, Andrea Johnson has shown support of the association in many aspects. Andrea serves on the board of directors for TBBA's Sales and Marketing Council, currently holding an executive board position as treasurer. In recent years, Andrea has served as chair and vice-chair of the TBBA Parade of Homes™ and, once again, has taken on the role of vice-chair of the 2008 Spring Parade of Homes™. Other association participation includes TBBA's Membership and Ambassador's Committee, SMC Awards of Excellence, Realtor/Builder Expo and golf tournament planning committees, among others.
The Associate of the Year Award recognizes an Associate member who has gone above and beyond the call of duty. Through tireless commitment to TBBA, Andrea has earned that recognition, while fulfilling her responsibility on a statewide level in her current role for International Granite & Stone. We would like to acknowledge Andrea Johnson's commitment to TBBA and our Sales and Marketing Council.

Jeffry Ewing, with Ladera Construction Group, Inc. was named the Builder Member of the Year for his contributions to the building industry, the community and the Tampa Bay Builders Association (TBBA). Jeff has been involved with the TBBA and the former Contractors and Builders Association of Pinellas for over 10 years, has supported numerous charity events throughout the region, chaired or served on many committees of the TBBA, provided endless support to TBBA activities and events through sponsorships, as well as direct participation, and served on the FHBA and NAHB Board of Directors. Jeff has been elected as the 2008 Area 5 vice president of the FHBA and most recently served as president of the TBBA, providing the Association with highly effective leadership. Congratulations, Jeff, and thank you!

The Tampa Bay Parade of Homes™ is hosted by the Tampa Bay Builders Association (TBBA). Founded in 1946, we are a professional association for the home-building industry, serving over 1,600 member companies. We are affiliated with the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and the Florida Home Builders Association (FHBA). Our members include builders, developers, contractors and subcontractors and other industry-related professionals throughout Hillsborough and Pinellas counties. TBBA coordinates legislative affairs on behalf of the building industry and offers our members the opportunity to attend monthly membership meetings and special events throughout the year.
